Sunnystones Programme Suggestions

TWO NIGHT CAMP

 

DAY 1

DESCRIPTION

AM

Guided walk into Sunnystones with camp staff member through the Long Forest Conservation Reserve.
Meet at 75 Canopus Circuit
BYO morning tea is eaten at the Blue Box Flat on the way.

PM

Two or three rotating groups from these four possibilities

  1. Flat ropes course
  2. Initiative course
  3. Beach volleyball or Bush Art
  4. Treasure Hunt

Afternoon tea is served after the 2nd rotation.

NIGHT

Possum Prowl and star gazing (1 hour)

 

 

DAY 2

DESCRIPTION

AM

Environmental walk with Bruce including poetry and aboriginal story telling

PM

Instincts for survival game (Year 3 upward)

 

 

DAY 3

DESCRIPTION

AM

Bush shelter building with Billy tea and damper.

Either BBQ lunch at camp OR you can take a picnic lunch to have on the way home.

 

 

 

THREE NIGHT CAMP

 

DAY 1

DESCRIPTION

AM

Guided walk into Sunnystones with camp staff member through the Long Forest Conservation Reserve. BYO morning tea is eaten at the Blue Box Flat on the way.

On site team building games: Spider Web, Tyre Throw, Trolleys, All Aboard and other project adventure games.

 

DAY 4

DESCRIPTION

AM

Clean up.
Depart for picnic lunch at one of the off site attractions.
