Sunnystones Campsite Facilities

Being on 50 acres, there is plenty of room to do as much or as little as you wish. The property is adjacent to the Long Forest State Park which provides opportunities for bush walking on well-defined tracks through unique Mallee woodland.

There is a charming creek at the bottom of the property and many kangaroos in the area, which further enhances these forest walks. There are 2 ropes courses,

initiative activities and a beach volleyball court available on the property.

An important feature is that all of the bunkrooms, the two lounge rooms, the sunroom, recreation areas and the kitchen are all within the same building. This ensures that supervision of children is easy, and families feel as though they are part of one cohesive group.   All bunkrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Sunnystones also has a range of animals, both domestic and native. It is a great experience for the children to feed a baby lamb. The general area abounds with wild kangaroos and many varieties of birds.

Camp life is also affected by weather but fortunately "The Marsh" has low rainfall with a small number of rainy days and a generally mild winter. Sunnystones staff offer a little extra, such as we can lead all activities. We also offer special attention for an apprehensive child, or things to do if it's raining.
