Activities at Sunnystones Country Retreat

At Sunnystones we believe that it is important to keep the campers busy.

We are able to offer extensive 2, 3 and 4 day school programs. We can also provide full leadership of on-site programmed activities at no extra cost.

Camps usually start with a guided walk through the Long Forest Flora & Fauna Reserve.   The children are then able to take part in a variety of activities such as: Ropes Courses,

Initiative Activities, Canoeing, Beach Volleyball, Instincts for Survival game, Bush shelter building with Billy tea and damper, Environmental Walk with
Ranger Bruce Salau, Treasure Hunt, etc.

Many school groups also arrange to visit other attractions in the local area. You can visit Sovereign Hill in Ballarat, Werribee Open Range Zoo, the city of Melbourne, Circuit walks in Werribee or Lerderderg Gorges, or the Adventure Playground in Bacchus Marsh.

To minimise costs excursions are best conducted on the way to our camp or even when leaving camp.

Please call us to assist in the planning of your program.
